• Sweet Potato 

Steps

1. Rinse your sweet potato with water. 
2. Pierce your sweet potato 5-8 times with a fork. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! If you do your potato may explode in the microwave. 
3. Place on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 5-8 minutes, rotating halfway through. The more sweet potatoes you are cooking, the longer you will need. 
4. When done, let cool for a few minutes, cut in half, and enjoy!
